- Install proper weather-proofing and moisture-barrier underlayment.
- Install new shingles, tiles, or metal roofing.
- Garcia Roofing nails every shingle above manufacturer specifications.
03.
Clean Up
- Complete clean-up around your home -- like we would our own.
- Discard all debris, old material, and packaging materials.
- No nails left behind! We thoroughly comb around your home for stray nails.
04.
Inspection
Final inspection with our quality control supervisor!
