Had contacted some other roofing companies and all failed to follow up and schedule a visit. Called Garcia and they had an opening and came the same day! The people in the office were very nice. The man who gave us our free estimate was knowledgeable and answered every question to our satisfaction. The price quoted was quite reasonable. When the worker came the next week to fix our roof, he did a great job and went extra mile to address our concerns, including cleaning up after himself. Our issue was a leak around a roof pipe. We had a very hard rain since the repair and there is no longer a leak. Dry as a bone! Very, very happy with Garcia Roofing.
This building on Coursey Boulevard had 1x4 furring strips installed over the existing roof, per request. Garcia Roofing fabricated the roof edging and all valley metal flashings and installed it prior to any other metals. Since the roof was bell-shaped, we installed two separate panels from the eave to the ridge and made a specially fabricated transition flashing to connect both panels together.
